Colegrove Motorsports wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If within 30 days of receiving your shipment and you are not satisfied, you may return the unused item for a refund or an exchange. Before exchanging or returning items to Colegrove Motorsports, contact customer service via email at customerservice@colegrovemotorsports.com and obtain a return authorization number. This will ensure your return or exchange is processed as quickly as possible.

All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Items you have already installed my not be returned. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned needs to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge.

Repack the item in a sturdy box and include a copy of your invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. We do not accept COD shipments. All exchanges need to have reshipping charges included.

Items may not be returned after 30 days. No returns on electrical parts or books unless they are defective. Absolutely no returns on made to order products such as custom hubs, brake hubs, sprocket hubs etc (if your item is made to order it be clearly identified as such in its product description).
